There are many times when employer diversity is not transparent or inclusive through the use of reviews by affinity groups in the workplace to review their employer. While workplaces are becoming more diverse and inclusive there is still a lack of it.
A user interface that brings transparency to employer diversity and inclusion through the use of reviews by affinity groups in the Justus community. A platform for underrepresented groups in the workplace to review their employer. The community supports women, people of color, BIPOC, the LGBTQ+ community, and people with disabilities in the workplace. This user interface also amplifies voices of marginalized groups by creating a space for current or former employees to review and/or give feedback to their current or former employer(s) anonymously.

Looking more into other applications that supports reviews of companies and workplaces and comparing and gaining some insights from their current resources, a lot of their applications are just designed to review anything in general and the design lacks modern and user friendly.
